Quick Overview

On the beer school we do a basic overview of Malted barley, how malt is made, and we also go through specialty grains.
We go through the brewing process with you, from mashing, enzyme conversion, boiling etc.
We talk about hops and bitterness vs. flavor in beer.
we can take about 12 people on the day, and we divide you into 3 or 4 groups, while you physically brew a beer, you can also enjoy some of the Keghouse craft beer available on tap with a light lunch.
We will bottle the beer you brewed on the day, and you can come back a few weeks later and fetch the beer.
